This Privacy Policy describes how STEPYXIS LLC (“STEPYXIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal information when you visit STEPYXIS.COM, place an order, contact us, subscribe to communications, or otherwise use our online store and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify. STEPYXIS operates through a print-on-demand model, and orders may be produced and fulfilled by third-party production, fulfillment, payment, and shipping providers.

We may receive information directly from you, automatically through the Services, or from Shopify, payment providers, print-on-demand partners, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, and other authorized service providers.

3. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT

STEPYXIS products are produced on demand.

When you place an order, information reasonably necessary to produce and deliver it may be provided to production, fulfillment, and shipping partners.

  • Your telephone number or email address when required for delivery.
  • Ordered products, sizes, colors, quantities, and customization details.
  • Order, production, shipment, and tracking reference numbers.
  • Shipping method and delivery instructions.

These providers may process information as necessary to produce, fulfill, ship, track, replace, or otherwise service your order. They may operate in countries or regions different from your own.

STEPYXIS does not intentionally provide production or fulfillment partners with personal information that is not reasonably necessary to perform the applicable service.

  • Shopify, which hosts and supports our online store, checkout, security, fraud prevention, analytics, customer accounts, and related platform functions.

A deletion request does not require STEPYXIS to delete information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
