What is STEPYXIS?

STEPYXIS LLC is an independent e-commerce apparel brand. We produce physical design streetwear — graphic T-shirts, garment-dyed heavy tees, and hoodies — sold directly through our online storefront.

Where are your products made?

All products are produced on demand through apparel production and fulfillment partners. Items are manufactured and shipped after each order is confirmed.

Do you hold physical inventory?

No. All items are produced on demand. Each order is fulfilled individually after order confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. Standard delivery to the US typically takes 3–7 business days after production.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are produced on demand, returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind may not be accepted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
