PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT
STEPYXIS products are produced on demand and may be manufactured, fulfilled, and shipped by authorized third-party production and logistics providers.
An address printed on a package or shipping label may belong to a production, fulfillment, or logistics provider. It is not necessarily an authorized customer-return address.
Do not mail or return a product to STEPYXIS, Shopify, a production provider, or an address printed on a package unless STEPYXIS has first provided written return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, credit, or recovery. Return and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
